Here's first look of Anurag Kashyap's much awaited Bombay Velvet starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar
Well, the moment everyone has been waiting for is here! Bollywood’s much anticipated movie “Bombay Velvet” unveiled the teaser image of Ranbir Kapoor from the movie. Ranbir Kapoor plays the street fighter Johnny Balraj in the movie that is set in the Bombay of the 1950s through the 1970s.
Anushka Sharma plays the role of a Jazz singer in the film, and accordingly her looks have a retro feel to them. With the bob-curls, red lipstick, and the retro eye make-up and accessories makes the actress’s look very similar to that of Hollywood superstar Marilyn Monroe.
Anushka looks absolutely stunning in the old retro look with shiny diamond earrings adding up to the feel of the attire. Reportedly, it is said that Anushka will be seen in about 140 costumes for the movie
While Anushka Sharma plays Johnny's love interest, the aspiring jazz singer Rosie, Karan Johar makes his full-fledged debut as the villainous businessman, Kaizad Khambatta.
