But the suspense around who will feature on the first episode continues. When Karan was asked about who’ll make the cut to the couch for the first episode he said, "No. I haven't yet reached the combination. There has been a lot of conjecture about that. We are zeroing on episode one and will answer soon."

It is rumoured that Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Star Fawad Khan was finalized as the flag off episode guest, but since Pakistani actor is geared with controversies, producers have scrapped the Idea and planning to rope in none other than Karan Johar 's all time favorite hi great friend Shahrukh Khan for the premier episode and Alia to accompany him.
